Valent is the sire of Top Eventing and showjumping horses including Cooley Rosalent CCI5*L , Jewelent CCI4*L , Govalent CCI3* , WKD Valencia 1,60m , Clovalent 1,45m, Valanna 1,45m and many more competing successfully in the national young horse classes.

Valent himself was 1st In the 6 & 7 year old final Cavan equestrian centre International Horse Show 2008. 1st And League winner of the Clare Trailers/Equestrian Store NI Ulster Grand Prix League 2010 at Cavan Equestrian centre 1.35mt, with L.Rosbotham. 3rd Mullingar International CSI2* Grand Prix 2010. 3rd In the Grand Prix League at Banbridge Show 2010. Placed in 3 competitions at Aachen CSIO5* 2010.
11th Drammen International CSIO3* Nations cup 2011 and competed successfullly in international competition with Dermott Lennon. Finally competing in the Young Rider championships and was winner of the 1.25/1.30 YR class in Dublin horse show 2017.
